As a mental health worker, our job focuses primarily on taking care of others’ mental well-being, but do we do the same to ourselves?
Particularly for mental health trainee therapists who are going through high workload and constant evaluation of our clinical skills, how does that affect our mental health? Is there a way to improve our mental health while undergoing stressful circumstances?
To answer these questions, I am doing a study on the relationship between Self-Compassion, Emotion Dysregulation and Burnout in mental health trainee therapists.
