We are opening up more slots, and extending the signup deadline for the group therapy sessions!
This project is run by 2 clinical psychologist trainees (myself and Bridgette Sum) as part of our final year clinical research project, supervised by clinical psychologist, Dr. Ng Siew Li.
There will be 10 online sessions, conducted once, weekly by clinical psychologist trainees undergoing their final year of Master of Clinical Psychology at HELP University, also supervised by Dr. Ng Siew Li.
Anyone who falls in the following are welcomed to sign up
⭐18 - 40 years old
⭐ Residing in Malaysia.
Kindly note that an assessment will be conducted to assess the eligibility of participation. Participants will be rewarded after the completion of group therapy sessions
